Birmingham, MI - May I present to you Pad Veggie Curry from New Bangkok Bistro, a Thai restaurant that is turning into my favorite place to eat. This, no surprise, was delicious. It was tofu and a ton of veggies sauteed and cooked in coconut curry milk. Man, I'm salivating by just looking at it. Order and enjoy!

The rice looks almost like scoops of ice cream. What sells me on this dish is the coconut curry milk.
