Royal Oak, MI - MMM, Potato and Cheese Ravioli, topped with mushrooms from Bostone's. I was very impressed with the ravioli. It was prepared very well and delicious. Excellent sauce, similar to an olive oil/butter and the whole dish was well liked. Enjoy!

Royal Oak, MI - Hamburgers your thing? This is by far one the best burger restaurants you can go to. This burger is from the Red Coat Tavern and you can order your burgers any way you wish and choose from about twenty or so toppings. On this burger, I got burnt onions, olives, lettuce tomato, smoked gouda cheese, and it comes with a onion mayo dressing. I'll sometimes exchange that for BBQ sauce. If you're in royal oak, stop in and get one of these, you won't regret it! Enjoy!

Okemos, MI - The only Persian restaurant I could find in the lansing area was the New Aladdins. This is hummus, and lamb kabob over fattoush. If you've never had hummus before, it is very good with a pasty texture. It is made out of ground chick peas, tahini sauce, and olive oil. Some people also use some paprika and garlic. I love the ones with garlic in it. Usually it has a grainy texture, but this one, was very creamy. It was almost like whipped cream cheese. It was very good, but interesting since it was so fluffy in texture. As for the lamb kabob, man that was so good. I rarely eat lamb, so its usually a treat when I do. This was worth the wait. The cooked it just right, medium rare, the spices are perfect. When served over fattoush, which is salad with cucumbers and special dressing, it's delicious. Enjoy!

Okemos, MI - Tostadas and cheese enchiladas for lunch today at Cancun. What makes this dish taste so amazing, is the enchiladas sauce. As you can see, I poured it all over the enchilada and tostada. The whole plate just didn't have enough of it! :) Enjoy!

Okemos, MI - These are fresh tacos from Cancun restaurant. I think these were pretty good, but there really wasn't anything special about them. I think it tasted like a normal taco. I would get their enchiladas over the tacos any day. Enjoy!

Okemos, MI - Ready for the best enchiladas you've ever had? Well the enchiladas is good, but what really makes this dish amazing is the enchiladas sauce. As you can see, I ordered extra and poured it all over the enchiladas and the rice. This is from a restaurant called Cancun. It is really worth the time to find. I have not been able to find a place that can compare in their enchiladas sauce. Everything is made from scratch. These enchiladas are bean and cheese, but you can get them any way you like. Cancun also has a specific vegetarian section, which is great because most Mexican places use lard in their beans. Enjoy!
