Lansing, MI - I'm always looking for a small, quaint, little breakfast place where you can get specialty breakfasts. I found one in Lansing called the Korner Kitchen. This is their veggie skillet. It doesn't look it, but there's enough food! It has two eggs your style, cheddar cheese, hashbrowns, tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, onions, green pepper, and comes with toast. It's probably not the healthiest breakfast, but it's a good one! Enjoy!

That breakfast looks healthy enough to me. Just tone down the mushrooms a bit and that's the perfect breakfast. I knew I should have had more than oatmeal this morning!

Absolutely! I would prefer this over oatmeal any day. However, I wouldn't stay healthy, but who's counting! :)
