New York, NY - This is from the same Japanese restaurant as the seaweed salad. It's Unagi Sushi or Eel. Eel is one of the top favorites of my list for sushi. It's actually not raw, it's almost toasted or broiled, if you will. It is extremely good. On the plate is also some thinly cut cucumbers, pickled ginger (great to clean the pallet), seaweed, and thinly sliced radish. It's a great plate to have if you have the chance. Enjoy!
