New York, NY - This is the breakfast of champions. Bagels, lox and cream cheese with a new dill pickle. This is from Russ's Daughters in East Village. There are lots of different types of lox you can get at this place. This one is belly lox. This is the saltiest kind you can get, but the most flavorful. The only thing to be aware of, afterwards, be prepared to feel dehydrated. It's well worth it! Enjoy!
