Lansing, MI - This is one of the best canolis I've ever had. This is from my favorite bakery in Lansing called Roma's Bakery. Delicious. Their canolis have cream in the middle, chocolate chips on each side, and the outside is covered in powdered sugar. The cream inside has a slight citrus flavor, which really helps to contrast the flavors and please the pallet.

Roma's Bakery does have good canolis. I like the addition of the chocolate chips. If you ever end up making a trek to the Twin Cities area, we have a local bakery called Grateful Bread that makes pretty good canolis. I'll let you decide for yourself if their canolis rival Roma's.
