East Lansing, MI - It's Thai food time. This is Pad Thai from a restaurant in East Lansing called Taste of Thai. This is my favorite Thai restaurant in East Lansing. The food is out of this world and the people that own it are so personal and wonderful. This is a great starter dish to be introduced to Thai food. It is mostly noodles mixed with some veggies, tofu, eggs, etc..., but you get this dish because of the sauce. It is a peanut sauce that is just delicious. You can also get it as spicy as you want. I get it extra spicy, but if you get it mild, it's not spicy at all. Enjoy my favorite food!

I adore peanut sauce. One of my favorite restaurants in Baton Rouge, Saigon, had the best tofu spring rolls served with peanut sauce. Unfortunately, due to development in Baton Rouge, Saigon closed their doors earlier this year.
