Birmingham, MI - Since I loved Larb so much, I thought I would try Tum Neau. It's shredded steak sauteed in the same manner as Larb, served on top of lettuce and celery. It was very good, but a little dry. I wish it could have been prepared in a way to keep its moisture. I would still recommend trying it. Enjoy!

Larb (AKA) laab, AKA laab gai (gai means chicken) is my favorite Thai dish. And I'm not a huge fan of chicken. I'll definitely have to keep an eye out for this dish!
