Southfield, MI - I love Indian food. I can eat anything with curry, just load it on. Tandoori Chicken with a Mint Chutney side from Chettinad. This was at a "Tastefest", so they only offered this, but this was so good. The chicken was prepared very well, still moist and not dried out, even with it being prepared for a festival. The tandoori sauce is baked into the chicken which helps to keep the flavor consistent throughout the whole piece of the meat. The mint chutney is a perfect dipping sauce that helps to compliment the tandoori flavor. With fresh mint, it helps to clear the palette and allows you to experience the full flavor of tandoori.
