East Lansing, MI - On rare occasions, I get fancy food. This is Brazilian Style Beef Kabob from the Kellog Center. I had the meat cooked medium rare, which was served perfectly. It was prepared with black beans, rice, and roasted tomatoes on the top. It was a nice compliment too the flavors of the dish. If they have it again, I would certainly get it again and recommend it.
