Troy, MI - How beautiful! This is Fire Roasted Tomato Bisque from Kruse & Muer on Wilshire. They have excellent food and delicious soups, such as this. It is served with Buttery Puff Pastry Island that really helps in adding to the soup. I'm not sure what the swirl is made of, which I tried to reduplicate at home, but it failed miserably. Therefore, I'll just go come here for it instead. Enjoy!
