Troy, MI - I wish I knew of a local and authentic Japanese restaurant, but until then I went to Benihana, a nice chain. Even though a chain, they still have good food. First on the menu was a Dragon Roll, a crab and cucumber roll with eel on top. This was very delicious. The flavor of the eel was outstanding. Next, the entree was Seafood Diablo, shrimp, crawfish, crab, assorted vegetables, udon noodles, and in a special homemade spicy sauce. I thought overall, the dish was very good. I'm not sure if I would get it again. However, the udon noodles proved to be very complimentary in the dish. I didn't think it was as spicy as I thought it was going to be, not enough kick. Enjoy!
