Troy, MI - Vegetarians out there, here is a dish to salivate over. It is Roasted Vegetable Primavera in Tomato Herb Cream Sauce from Kruse & Muer. This is actually one of their creations to my liking, but it is suppose to be in a white wine sauce, but I thought I would try this in the Tomato Herb Cream Sauce that usually is on the Tortellini & Grilled Chicken ala Creme. I thought the cream sauce was very good, lite and not too heavy, and flavorful with the spices. The ingredients are Zucchini, Squash, Portobello Mushrooms, Purple Onion, Pine Nuts, Asparagus, with Boursin Cheese & Angel Hair Pasta. It's an excellent combination of vegetables that are cooked very well. Enjoy!
