Lansing, MI - Have you noticed a theme yet? Lots of Thai and Vietnamese. Well, this is Vietnamese, Bun Tofu. It is from Asian's Finest on the southside of Lansing. This was so good. It has lots of veggies under the tofu and the great sauce you get just makes the dish. Also, it comes with fresh cilantro and mint, so the flavors are so defined. Enjoy!

That looks wonderful. I so have to make the trek to a Thai restaurant soon, especially if I keep reading your blog. By the way, I found a wonderful Indian restaurant, Pabla Indian Cuisine, in Seattle and actually took a picture of my Khabli Channa. It was wonderful. This was an Indian restaurant that used spices extremely well.
