New York, NY - This is the city where it all started. The idea of starting a food blog. My good friend Fred gave me the idea of doing this after he saw all the wonderful food I seek out. Well, so far New York is the only place I've been able to find Tibetan food. This is steamed garlic dumplings, unfortunately I don't know that Tibetan name of the dish. These were simply awesome with meat and spices inside. However, the best part was the garlic dipping sauce, which is the brown sauce in the upper right hand corner. Wow, that was really what made the dish phenomenal. Enjoy!
