Lansing, MI - The little mexican stand on Martin Luther King strikes again. I've never had Sopas before, so I was excited about trying something new. They are two a little thicker tortilla shells, definitely thicker than tostada shells, and then topped with beans or what ever meat you wish, lettuce, tomato, their special hot sauce that is out of this world by making ever single taste bud work for you, and then topped with fresh shredded cheese. I would get these again in a second. Enjoy.
