Lansing, MI - My favorite mexican place in Lansing strikes again. This is a Pork La Torta. Man, it was good. It is a gilled pork sandwich that is pressed on the grill when cooked. It has lettuce, cheese, and some kinds of sauce that of course is delicious, but probably terrible for you. Enjoy!
