Lansing, MI - My favorite little Mexican food stand on Martin Luther King Blvd, started selling apple empanada (I'm sure I misspelled this, so if you know of the correct spelling, please let me know so I can change it). It's such a great desert, very sweet. It has apple filling, dough crust and covered in cinnamon sugar. However, it's a heavy desert, so make sure you save some room. If you don't, that find, you still won't be able to turn it down. Enjoy!

Yeah, a new food entry! And a delicious one at that. Don't worry, you spelled empanada correctly. An apple empanada sounds wonderful right now.
Sorry for slacking and not posting one in a few days. I had to rebuild our computer because of crazy spyware. I hate you spyware! I'm happy to hear that you're a fellow empanada lover!
