West Bloomfield, MI - You can't go wrong at a place called The falafel House. It's a place in West Bloomfield and I was very surprised to find this on the menu. This is Sujuk in a sandwich. Sujuk is a Lebanese sausage cooked with lots of different spices. It's delicious. You can also see some hummus in the background. That too was delicious. I think they need to put a little bit more olive oil on the hummus, but I'm cool with it. If you go to a middle eastern grocery store, you can usually find Sujuk there too. I recommend getting it.
