East Lansing, MI - This is a favorite Vietnamese dish of mine. It's Bun Veggie and Tofu from Asian House in East Lansing MI. The Bun is pronounced Bune. If you've ever had any types of Bun dishes, it has these great thin noodles on the bottom with fresh veggies and then you get this sweet sauce that you pour over it. It makes the whole dish delicious. Watch out vegetarians, the sauce I believe has some type of fish sauce in it. You can also get all kinds of Bun dishes with beef, pork, and egg rolls. Enjoy!
