Troy, MI - This is Wild Mushroom Fettuccine from Papa Vino's. I think Papa Vino's is a chain, but I'm not sure. I wouldn't be surprised. However, the dish was still very good and worthy of the blog. It was not as saucy as I thought it was going to be, which was a little disappointing, but that's OK. The mushrooms, were very good though. It had three different kinds of mushrooms, which gave it a nice variety. It's an excellent vegetarian option. Enjoy!

That does look really good. Your previous posts with Japanese food made me wish I hadn't gone vegetarian so I could experience those dishes.
Don't short change yourself. There are some awesome vegetarian dishes, featured right here on this fabulous site! :) Not to mention your nobility and strength of being a vegetarian.
Where there a Papa Vino's in Birmingham? The only one I can think of nearby is in Troy on Coolidge.
You're absolutely, right. It is in Troy, not birmingham. Yeah, that is the place where I went to. Sorry to confuse you. Are there any dishes you recommend there?
