New York, NY - My first thought when it was served to me, was....what is that? It turned out to be a seaweed salad, which of course was great. It was only a side dish, but I wish I had more of it. I got this at a Japanese restaurant in East Village in Manhattan, sorry I don't remember the name of the place. It consisted of seaweed, carrots, and some kind of dressing that is of course the ingredient that makes the dish perfect. Therefore, if you're offered seaweed salad, don't turn it down, it is quite delicious. Enjoy.
