Birmingham, MI - Shocked that it's Thai food again? I'm at least trying new things now, about time. This is Curry Noodles (sorry I don't have Thai name) from New Bankok Bistro. I wasn't sure if I was going to enjoy the dish, but it turned out to be great. It is similar to Pad Thai, but instead of a peanut sauce, it's a curry sauce. However, it's still different from the traditional coconut curry dishes for some reason. When I was eating it, the flavor almost became ubiquitous, but when I started eating left overs later, I really enjoyed the flavor that I forgot when eating it the first time. This dish was served with lots of veggies and tofu. Enjoy!
