Lansing, MI - Do you like Cuban food? This sandwich is called a Media Noche (midnight sandwich) and it is from Tropical Cafe. It's a tiny tiny little restaurant that is really hard to find, but they make everything from scratch there. The sandwich is awesome, you'll want to eat two of them, but you'll be full after the first. It's typically a pork sandwich with I believe swiss cheese and pickles. Then it is grilled and flattened. It's fantastic! If you can, get one with a side of black beans and rice and you'll be all set! Enjoy.
