East Lansing, MI - This is a huge bowl of soup. HUGE! It is a Vietnamese dish called Pho from a restaurant called Asian House. I think they have the best Vietnamese in East Lansing. It is authentic, delicious, and the portions are huge. So, Pho is a soup; beef broth, large noodles, cucumbers, green onions, and thinly sliced beef. Bean sprouts and mint leaves come on the side for you to add to your liking. It also has two types of sauces that come on the side for you to add, which are hoisen sauce and a hot sauce. Add the hoisen and hot sauce to your preference. The hoisen sauce is a sweet one, so it is very very good. After you combine it all, the soup is superb! Enjoy!!
