Birmingham, MI - BREAKFAST! The only place I've been able to find belly lox was in New York. However, I finally found a place here in Birmingham MI that sells it, Papa Joes Market. Belly lox is similar to nova, except that it has more flavor and is very salty. Prepare to drink lots of water after a few slices. However, I wasn't completely impressed with Papa Joes' cut. It tasted similar to nova, but I later saw that they butcher labeled my package wrong. So, I'll give them one more shot and see if it really tastes like New York or not. I'll let you know. Enjoy!
