Lansing, MI - A new place to try Malaysian food. I happen to be passing through Lansing and saw a new restaurant called Suria. If I have an opportunity to check out a new restaurant, I won't pass it up. This is called Hokkien Mee Hoon, which you can see it is vermicelli noodles, veggies, choice of meat (this happens to be with tofu), and it's cooked in a light soy sauce. The flavor is very subtle and not overpowering. It's very good, one of my favorites of the Malaysian menu. Enjoy!

That sounds yummy. I'll have to give that a try. The Media Noche from the previous entry looked really good. Nice presentation.
