This is from Pasquales, an Italian restaurant that has been open for a very long time and recognized in the community as an excellent Italian place. The food upholds their perception. The Cantelloni was prepared very good with meat wrapped in a flour type shell rather a noodle, which really makes the dish unique. The sauce is prepared very well and covered with just enough cheese. Pasquales...I used to go there when I was in college. I miss that place; their food is quite good.
